Depending on the weather and temperature, this and a shell were sufficient for insulation during tent camping at high altitudes from June to October (personal experience).
I am 180cm and 69kg. The body fits just right, but the sleeves are a bit short, which is why I'm selling it.
Purchased new in 2024.
Used for about 6-8 mountain trips.
No noticeable scratches or stains, and the pile is not flattened. It's in beautiful condition.
