New Cuisinart FP-104 Food Processor 4mm Serrated Slicing Disc Blade Hub Stem NOS

This listing features a genuine OEM Cuisinart FP-104 food processor replacement 4mm medium serrated slicing disc blade complete with its integrated plastic offset center stem. Crafted from heavy-duty, high-quality stainless steel, this authentic component specializes in delivering perfectly uniform 4mm slices of vegetables, fruits, hard cheeses, and meats quickly and safely. The specialized serrated cutting edge prevents tearing or bruising delicate ingredients during high-speed operation. The FP-104 disc was famously manufactured by Cuisinart in the United States during the peak era of their classic, workhorse kitchen appliances. It is a highly sought-after component engineered to seamlessly interface with classic full-size Cuisinart lines including the legendary DLC-10, DLC-10E, and related custom series machines. As an original vintage part, it offers the structural durability and rigorous construction standards that modern reproduction plastic components lack. It drops directly onto your machine drive shaft without needing any tools or modifications. Condition Note: This item is brand new and completely unused. It is a pristine piece of New Old Stock (NOS) with an unblemished, factory-sharp cutting edge and no signs of wear or previous kitchen use. Please inspect all uploaded photographs closely to confirm the exact physical appearance and flawless cosmetic condition of the plastic stem and steel rim before buying.
