The meaning of USE OF DEADLY FORCE IS AUTHORIZED is The use of deadly force is permitted, and it is a very strong warning message found on warning signs at the boundaries of military bases and government/military installations both domestically and internationally.
Camp Hansen is a US Marine Corps base primarily located in Kin Town, Kunigami District, Okinawa Prefecture, and also spanning Ginoza Village, Onna Village, and Nago City.
Affiliation: United States Marine Corps (e.g., III Marine Expeditionary Force).
Purpose: It is primarily a training ground used for combat training and forms part of the vast Central Training Area. It includes firing ranges, helipads, and live-fire training exercises are conducted.
