NIB Vintage CIB CIC Spongeware Rooster Chicken Ceramic Salt Pepper Shakers Set

Add a touch of timeless country charm to your kitchen or dining room table with this beautiful ceramic salt and pepper shaker set. Featuring a classic farmhouse rooster and chicken design, these pieces are beautifully finished with a traditional folk art spongeware glaze technique. Spongeware pottery dates back to 19th-century European craftsmanship and became widely beloved in American farmhouse kitchens due to its hand-crafted, rustic look. Both shakers in this set are beautifully molded and capture a wonderful folk art aesthetic. This particular set bears the manufacturing code 935092 and is attributed to CIB imports out of China, matching their classic 1990s country kitchen collections when folk art and country farmhouse aesthetics spiked heavily in home decor popularity. The shakers measure approximately 4.5 to 5 inches tall. Condition: Brand New in Box (NIB). This set is pristine, unused deadstock from the 1990s era. The shakers have never been filled and still feature their original retail stickers attached to the bottoms. The original box is included, showing only minor shelf wear from storage. The original bottom plastic/rubber stoppers are perfectly intact. Please review all high-resolution photos carefully to confirm the condition of the box and the beautiful hand-applied sponge details. Ships securely padded.
