【1990s Vintage】Hand-Blown Glass Decanter/Flower Vase, Ribbed, Artist Made

This mouth-blown glass decanter was purchased in the 1990s from a shop specializing in artist-made art pieces. I have cherished it for many years, but as I am organizing my living space, I am listing it for the next owner.

It features the soft undulations and light-catching transparency unique to mouth-blown glass, shaped by the artisan's breath. The subtle, non-uniform undulations change their expression depending on the viewing angle and the amount of liquid, gently reflecting light.
The rounded, bulbous form is adorned with soft pleats created by a mold, which create subtle shadows when light hits them. These shadows add depth to the glass's transparency, allowing it to blend naturally into its surroundings.

It can be used not only as a decanter but also as a vase. It can stably hold tall flowers, and when small flowers and grasses are placed in it, they harmonize lightly with the transparency of the water and glass.
[Condition]
There are no cracks or chips. As it has been used in daily life, there are slight signs of use (cloudiness and water marks), but overall it is in good condition. It does not come with a box, so it will be carefully wrapped for delivery.

The glass, which changes its expression when exposed to light, offers a different charm each time depending on where it is placed and what it is paired with.
This is a piece with a gentle presence that you will want to pick up from time to time in your daily life.
