For sale is a gorgeous vintage Gibsons Staffordshire teapot featuring a rich, glossy brown tortoiseshell mottled glaze accented with bright, hand-painted gold gilt leaves. Made in England circa 1940s-1950. This is model/pattern T72. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The gold gilding on the handle, spout, and body flourishes is exceptionally bright with almost no wear. Interior is impeccably clean with no tea staining. No cracks, chips, or visible crazing. Measurements: Approximately 5.5 inches tall to the top of the lid finial.
