Antique sterling silver brooch featuring a natural turquoise cabochon surrounded by dimensional spiral motifs and hand-formed silver bead accents. Beautifully sculptural handmade piece with strong organic movement, substantial presence, and rich aged patina throughout. The hand-wrought construction, long pin stem, and early clasp style suggest an early 20th century piece, likely dating to the 1910s–1930s. Marked STERLING to reverse. Measurements: approximately 1.9 diameter Weight: 12.5 grams Condition: Antique condition consistent with age and wear. Surface patina, oxidation, polishing marks, and irregularities from hand fabrication throughout. Pin functions properly and holds securely. There is visible rust/corrosion to the rolling safety catch area, and the safety mechanism is fixed in place and does not rotate independently (see photos). Turquoise shows natural matrix and inclusions.
