Gently Worn:  Vintage On The Verge Tiered Skirt Women's S Elastic Waist Stretch Beige Western Cowgirl  Actual Measurements: Length: 20-inches Hip: 20-inches Waist: 23-inches  Good condition: The size was cut out from the lower section of the material tag, so basing size off of measurements and similar listings. There is a spot of discoloration on the back side under the elastic waist directly behind the inner tag. It appears that the colors from the inner tag bled through the fabric. It is easily hid by a longer shirt or jacket. Please review the provided images, which showcase the disclosed conditions.
