Panasonic NA-VX3800L Drum-Type Washer Dryer

NA-VX3800L

This is a left-opening drum-type washer-dryer manufactured by Panasonic.
It supports 10kg washing and 6kg drying, and features heat pump drying that finishes laundry softly at low temperatures, foam wash that removes dirt with dense foam, and an automatic cleaning function to suppress black mold in the tub.

The unit displayed a U13 spin-dry error after washing a kotatsu cover. I am listing it because I do not know how to fix it.
As a test, I ran the Auto Course wash and rinse cycles, then closed the faucet and attempted to run only the spin-dry cycle.
I believe it requires repair.

There do not appear to be any noticeable scratches. I have performed a basic surface cleaning and internal disassembly cleaning.
