Narui Kiln - Late Tsunao Narui - Yunomi (Teacup)
13.07 $
Description
This is a yunomi (tea cup) from Narui Kiln, created by the late Tsuneo Narui, the founder of the kiln.
It features three kanji characters, including 月 (moon).
I was drawn to its dignified presence displayed in the shop and purchased it.
It fits comfortably in the hand when held.
I intended to use it and applied a sealant, but I ended up just admiring it.
The areas that appear to be chipped were in that condition from the beginning, so I am looking for someone who understands this.
