Description
A dainty vintage demitasse cup and saucer from Kahla-Könitz, East Germany. White porcelain with a delicate gold rim and a hand-applied autumn spray of maple and fern leaves, tiny berries, and small white blossoms in warm gold, burgundy, and green. Marked on the base with the Kahla-Könitz crown backstamp. This pattern matches a sugar bowl from a previous listing in our shop, so it's a lovely piece to add to a growing set or to enjoy on its own. Cup measures approximately 2.5 tall; saucer approximately 5.5 in diameter. Good vintage condition with light gold wear consistent with age; please see photos for full condition details. Every piece has a past. Find yours. Sarah / The Storied House Co.
