A sophisticated and elegant houmongi (visiting kimono) crafted from smooth, pure silk dyed a deep, rich indigo purple (shikon). It features a dignified design of chrysanthemums and auspicious treasures.

Subtle gold thread embroidery glints here and there.

This is an unused, stored item, but it has been worn for photography.
As this houmongi is also available for rent at our physical store, it will be removed from listing once a rental is confirmed.

The flat-lay photos were taken indoors under downlights.

~Shikon Color~
A dark, navy-tinged purple dyed with the roots of the gromwell plant.
While it was used for banners at imperial enthronement ceremonies, it is still used today for shikon victory flags and shikon school flags, and is considered a noble color.
