Description
The deep blue glass, squared-off shape, and bold geometric Chevron pattern give this little pitcher such a fun Art Deco look. This is a vintage example of Hazel-Atlas's Chevron Cobalt pattern, dating to around the 1930s. The geometric design is such a great representation of the era, and the rich cobalt blue color makes this one especially eye-catching. While originally made as a creamer or small cream pitcher, we could see this being used in so many ways today like sitting on a coffee or tea tray, holding cream or syrup, displaying a few tiny flowers, or simply tucked onto a shelf as a beautiful little piece of vintage glass. And for our fellow glass lovers, this piece has a fun little surprise under a 365nm UV light where the glass gives off a soft light-green glow which indicates the glass contains Manganese. 💚 We especially love the combination of the unusual squared shape, deep cobalt color, and Chevron pattern. It's one of those little pieces that has so much personality despite its small size! No chips or cracks. Dimensions: Height ~ 4 Length ~ 5.75 Width ~ 2.5 Check out my page for more vintage pieces!
