Solid Brass Pedestal Bowl Compote – Wide Shallow Dish on Turned Base 3 7/8"

Beautiful vintage solid brass pedestal bowl featuring a gently scalloped rim, shallow basin, and classic raised footed base. The warm golden brass and simple sculptural shape give this piece a timeless look. Perfect as a decorative compote, centerpiece, catchall, fruit bowl, or for styling on a dining table, console, coffee table, or bookshelf. It works especially well with traditional, Hollywood Regency, eclectic, bohemian, or collected vintage interiors. Good vintage condition with expected age-related patina, oxidation, surface marks, spotting, and variations in the brass finish. The interior shows visible patina and discoloration consistent with age and use. The underside/base also shows oxidation and age-related wear.
