Vintage 9 scissor-style pastry/cake serving tongs marked SILVER PLATE at the pivot. One side has a broad engraved serving blade and the opposing side has an openwork fork-style blade. Decorative raised detailing continues along the handles and finger rings. No maker name or sterling mark observed. Condition Notes: Preowned vintage condition with typical surface wear, light scratches, tarnish/patina and discoloration consistent with age and use. Scissor mechanism opens and closes nicely.
