★This is a fixing screw for the pulsator, removed from a Hitachi twin-tub washing machine.
The head's Phillips (+) part is slightly stripped, but it still seems to be able to tighten.
There is some rust, but it is not a problem.
Please note that there is no tightening torque, so do not overtighten.
It may be best to stop just before it's fully tightened (very delicate).
