Stunning vintage Bebe maxi dress in a vibrant royal blue. Features a gathered halter neckline with delicate floral lace inserts at the chest and a tiered lace hem. The iconic bebe logo is spelled out in sparkling rhinestones across the bust. This dress is made from a stretchy, comfortable ribbed fabric that hugs the curves perfectly. Adjustable criss-cross straps in the back. A true 2000s bombshell staple.  Condition: Excellent vintage condition. All rhinestones appear intact. There are a few stray spandex threads (not sure what you call them), see last pic.   Material: Ribbed knit (likely a rayon/spandex blend).
