Description
Vintage Antique? Blue Willow Pattern 9 Porcelain Ceramic Dinner Luncheon Plate Lovely vintage porcelain plate with the iconic Blue Willow pattern. The Blue Willow pattern is a classic blue-and-white ceramic design created in England around 1790. Inspired by traditional Chinese porcelain landscapes, it features a weeping willow tree, a pagoda, a bridge with three figures, a small boat, and flying birds. This is unmarked but I believe this is likely from the early 1900's but it is possibly that is was earlier. It is in lovely vintage condition with some light crazing on the bottom. Measures 9 across.
