Vintage French Country Glass Coasters • Truffle & Foie Gras Scenes Set of 7

Vintage set of seven glass and metal coasters featuring charming French culinary scenes inspired by truffle hunting and foie gras country life. Four depict a truffle hunter with his pig captioned **À la recherche des truffes,** while three feature a woman tending geese captioned **Au pays des foies gras.**  The antique engraving-style illustrations are protected beneath glass and framed in blue-gray metal. Several retain their original **Made in India** labels. An unusual set for a bar cart, wine room, cocktail table, or French Country kitchen.  **Condition:** Good vintage condition with age-related wear. Glass fronts show light surface marks, while the metal rims and backs have scratches, scuffs, finish wear, and areas of paint loss. One coaster has extensive peeling to the painted finish on the underside, exposing much of the metal beneath. Illustrations have minor toning and age-related imperfections. No major cracks or breaks to the glass observed.
