Retro Meiji era item: Stamped blue and white porcelain hibachi with a stylish pattern
36.30 $
Description
Thank you for looking. The size is approximately 18cm in diameter and 17.5cm in height. There are two chipped areas on the rim. Double handcrafted work with sometsuke (blue and white porcelain) and inban (transfer printing). The color is deep, the pattern is good, and it is marked Meiji 33 (1900) on the bottom. I requested this item from an antique shop that is no longer in business, where it was displayed as a flower vase. I would appreciate it if someone who cherishes old items and understands their character would purchase it.
