Patricia Nash Leather Floral Crossbody

Inside there are some loose strings at the bottom notated in pics it's not something that I'm able to cut these look to be holes maybe from things being in the pocket. Also near the top where it snaps you can see a separation of the leather I don't know if this is part of the normal construction or not but it is noted in last pic  Stitching is intact.  please review pics and ask questions prior to purchase. Approximate dimensions are 7 and 1/2 in across by 5 and 1/2 in height strap is adjustable and currently is 28 in
