Plug in the base to heat the rollers, wrap sections of dry hair around the center stem, and fold the outer cage back to secure. Compact set of green and red rollers. Easy to use and store. Instructions for use:  To use vintage Clairol Lock 'n Roll hot rollers, heat them on their base for about 15 to 20 minutes. Wrap a small hair section around the flexible silicone roller, roll it toward your head, and flip the open end down to lock it in place. Let them cool completely before popping them open.  clip
