They can be used for storing and carrying suits and jackets. As this is a used item, there are some wrinkles from storage overall.
Additionally, one of the receiving buttons on the Hankyu garment bag is torn off.
The button parts themselves remain, so please consider this for repair if you intend to fasten all buttons. It is still usable in its current state.
