A Nambu Tekki iron kettle from the renowned Iwachu of Morioka. Each piece is meticulously crafted by master craftsmen with over 110 years of tradition since its founding in 1902, ensuring exceptional quality.
The Hinomaru Series, with its original Aibana brand shape and comb-like pattern, features a charming design that elevates your daily tea time with elegance and deliciousness.
Nambu Tekki iron kettles are popular for their excellent heat resistance and superior heat retention.

It can be placed directly on heat, making it suitable for boiling water as an iron kettle or for warming sake as a燗瓶 (kanbin - warming vessel). It also comes with a tea strainer, allowing it to be used as a teapot.
Boiling tap water in a Nambu Tekki iron kettle reduces chlorine and results in a smoother taste. It also releases divalent iron, which is easily absorbed by the body, helping to supplement iron intake.
Nambu Tekki develops a unique patina over time, with its appearance evolving with each user.
