VTG 50s 60s Frosted Acrylic 4 pc Jeweled Hollywood Regency Bathroom Vanity Set

This is a beautiful well preserved 4-piece vintage MCM frosted Lucite bathroom vanity ensemble dating back to the 1950s/60s. Made of heavy-gauge molded frosted Lucite/acrylic, this set mimics the elegant look of frosted satin art glass. It features a beautiful, soft pastel yellow/custard frosted finish adorned with delicate, hand-painted floral scrollwork and vine motifs. Unlike most surviving pieces from this era, ALL ORIGINAL RHINESTONES ARE INTACT in the centers of the painted blossoms. (note the smallest flowers on the tumbler & soap dish only had painted centers - they never had rhinestones) Included in the set are a pedestal soap dish, pedestal toothbrush holder, small tumbler/rinse cup and the rare piece - the large wastebasket! The set is in excellent condition with the hand-painted detailing still crisp and the rhinestones still retaining their sparkle. There is one 1/2 mark on the wastebasket at the rim (see close-up) that I am calling a flaw for lack of better wording since both surfaces over it are still smooth. Approximate measurements of wastebasket - 10.25 H X 8 D
