Beautiful vintage Japanese porcelain square-body vase. It features a rich, deep cobalt blue glaze beautifully decorated with a hand-painted floral and bird motif (peacock/pheasant) with elegant gold gilt accents. Bottom Mark: Stamped with a traditional red artisan square seal mark on the unglazed foot rim. Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Minimal shelf wear on the bottom base.
