This stunning piece features a heavily ruffled, scalloped rim lined with brilliant coin-gold gilt scrollwork, deep cobalt blue accents, and a delicate, hand-painted bouquet of pink roses and botanicals on the front face. Elegant porcelain leaf and berry handles frame the sides.  Condition: Excellent antique condition with no cracks, chips, or major hairline fractures.
