Stützel Sachs Aalen West German Pottery Cat Pitcher Sgraffito MCM

Mid-century pottery pitcher by Stützel-Sachs of Aalen, West Germany, featuring a stylized cat rendered in incised sgraffito decoration. The elongated form has a matte charcoal-black exterior, contrasting pale lines, and a soft green glazed interior. An integrated handle and sharply drawn spout complete the sculptural, distinctly postwar modernist form.  Measurements: • Height: 7.5 • Width: 3.5  Good vintage condition with light surface scratches, scuffs, and minor marks consistent with age and use.
