♡Product Description♡
This is a stylish, modern-patterned *heko-obi* in a black and gray color scheme.
It's a highly designed piece with a woven geometric pattern resembling *ajiro* (basket weave) or herringbone, and soft chiffon frills at the edges.
This obi is a shorter type, approximately 260cm long. Unlike a standard *heko-obi*, you won't have trouble with excess fabric at the ends.
It ties into a small *o-taiko* or ribbon knot, creating a neat look on your back.
The knot won't feel heavy, making it comfortable even for long periods like attending a play or going out.
Because it's not too long, you can enjoy it lightly by layering it over a *Nagoya obi* as a decorative sash, or by wearing it like a belt with a mixed Western and Japanese style outfit.
It's also perfect for children's *yukata* as it's less likely to come undone and is easy to tie.
