【British Antique】Library Index Storage Box - Rare Item
191.40 $
Description
This is a library index storage box made in the UK.
It is an antique item purchased in the UK.
The solid wood texture and the brass nameplate handle are in perfect balance.
Unlike modern plywood furniture, it is robustly constructed with meticulous attention to detail.
Furniture actually used in British libraries is rare and valuable due to its robustness and functional beauty.
Material: High-quality oak is likely used, offering an overwhelming sense of solidity and a deep color tone that only comes with age, which is not found in modern furniture.
The movable metal parts inside the drawers also function perfectly.
As this is an antique item, there are some scuffs and minor scratches, but it can still be used as a practical item.
It is also recommended for store displays or as interior decor for your living room.
