Other listings are saying it is from the 1930s. I see no date on this booklet, but the style looks like it is probably from 1930s to 1950s maybe. Lots of good information in it, including a time table for canning meats, poultry, fish and game and an altitude correction to the time table. Or, will make a nice addition to a collection. It has 16 pages and is approximately 5 wide by 8 tall. Shows some age and use - staples are a little rusty from age; some yellowing of pages and a few stains, but all in all in good condition for its age. Thanks for looking! (V-EP)*
