Turn on the power switch to warm the water in the bath. Set the 1.8L bottles (or cubitainers, etc.). Insert the sake flask into the dispensing port, and a set amount of warmed sake will be dispensed. (Dispensing stops automatically when sake reaches the tip of the dispensing nozzle.) Adjust the dispensed amount by sliding the flask rest up or down. After use, remove any remaining sake (about one cup) from the warmer, flush the pipes with lukewarm water, and prepare for the next use.
