Produced by the renowned Imperial Glass Company in the 1950s, this scarce set features a beautiful textured exterior with elegant embossed rope detail handles. The pieces stand securely on unique three-footed bases shaped like detailed four-toed claw feet. Both are stamped with the authentic embossed IG maker's mark on the bottom.  True to authentic, high-quality vintage milk glass made prior to the 1960s, these pieces exhibit a stunning Ring of Fire! When held up to a direct light source, a warm, fiery opalescent pink/orange glow radiates beautifully along the edges and thinner rims. This confirms its age and the presence of genuine vintage iridized salts in the glass mixture. This set is becoming more rare and difficult to find. Excellent vintage condition.
