French Antique Music Shelf Side Table

Thank you for looking.
French music shelf.
Purchased from Antique Smitty.

It has not been used as it was purchased for a collection, and its condition has not changed since purchase.

This is a rare side table-sized music shelf that is not often seen.
The casters are original and beautiful brass casters.

The material is beautiful tiger-patterned oak.

You can put magazines in it, and there is a shelf in between, so you can place glasses, tablets, smartphones, etc., and place a night light on the top board... creating a wonderful space.
I think it would also be great to use as a nightstand.

Its small size makes it compatible with rental properties where moving is frequent.

Below is the product description from when it was purchased.

The design of each top board, carefully carved out, is impressive, giving a delicate impression as if a round lace is laid out. The lower partition also has an elaborate design, and it is a charming piece that allows you to enjoy it from any angle while displaying your favorite small items.
Warping of the top board is observed. The casters are old but still move. The relatively low size allows it to be incorporated without feeling oppressive, and it might be good as a small side table.

W approx. 41 cm
D approx. 34 cm
H approx. 67.5 cm
Shelf spacing (from top) approx. 13.5/40 cm (maximum value)

It is described as having warping on the top board, but it is not noticeable to the naked eye. Although unused by me, it has the charm of antique age-related changes.
