This is a terrific vintage suit jacket from J. Victor, a known Canadian designer back in the 60s and 70s. That is likely when this jacket was created for size 42S. It's in a dark charcoal (reads black indoors) shade with a burgundy lining and has a notch collar, one chest pocket, two flap pockets, three buttons down the front, four at each sleeve and a double vent in the back.
