I purchased it on the recommendation of a teacher at an elementary school entrance exam prep school.
After throwing this, if you then practice regular ball throwing, you'll find you can throw much further.
The teacher advised not to overdo it, as it could injure your shoulder, and to limit use to a few times a day.
I ordered this on Amazon because I thought I had lost it, but then I found the original. Therefore, this one has never been used.
