【Special Selection】100% Pure Silk Habutae White Fabric Bolt - Enough for Two Kimono Linings - Tobitsuru 2-Piece Set

This is a 100% pure silk white fabric (tanmono) inherited from my grandmother who was a seamstress.

It is a Tobitsuru brand, Tsuruorishiruku (crane weave silk), special quality item.
It is offered at a bargain price as it is an antique item.

The dimensions are standard width (approx. 37cm) x 4 jo 5 shaku (approx. 13.6m),
which is enough length to be used for two kimono linings (including collars).

This is a set of 2 items: one unused and one opened.
The opened item has had its threads cut and may have been slightly used,
but the weight difference is not significant, with the unused item weighing approximately 361g and the opened item approximately 321g. Overall, the condition is good.

It has the smooth texture and elegant sheen characteristic of habutae silk,
and can be used for kimono linings, nagajuban (under-kimono), or as a material for handmade crafts.

*As this is a long-term storage item, there may be a smell from being stored in a chest.
