Disney Donald Duck SketchBook 10.5” Plate-Don Towsley 1937 Artwork

Rare Disney Donald Duck SketchBook plate featuring a detailed black-and-white character model-sheet design inspired by Disney animator Don Towsley’s 1937 Donald Duck artwork. The plate features multiple Donald Duck poses, character proportions, notes and sketches in the classic animation model-sheet style. The artwork itself is dated 7/20/37, making this a particularly fun collectible for Disneyana, animation-art and Donald Duck collectors. • Authentic Disney licensed merchandise • Donald Duck SketchBook design • Artwork based on 1937 Don Towsley character reference artwork • Lightweight molded plastic/resin-type material • Approximately 10½” x 10½” • Made in China • Disney copyright mark on underside • Back marked microwave safe CONDITION: Pre-owned with normal signs of handling/storage. I cleaned the plate as thoroughly as possible. There are some remaining dark/black marks or scuffing on the underside/back of the plate that did not completely come off. These are shown in the photos. The front artwork remains clear and attractive. Please review all photos carefully for condition. A unique Disney collectible and a great display piece for a Donald Duck, Disneyana or animation-art collection.
