Description
This carved jade screen is a six-panel folding screen. It was purchased in September 1999 from the National Art Department of the Shenzhen Museum in China. The carved jade screen is a handicraft created with the theme of Dream of the Red Chamber, a masterpiece of classic Chinese literature. It was transported from China to Japan in October 1999 and has never been opened. It was opened for the first time for this sale to take photographs. The panels were completely covered with styrofoam, so there are no scratches or cracks in the jade.
The metal parts at the base show signs of rust due to age.

The photos show 9 pieces with heads and 1 piece without a head, but there are actually 10 pieces with heads included. Please consider the piece without a head as a spare.

A certificate and a VIP certificate from the National Art Department of the Shenzhen Museum are included. Personal names, full names, and photos have been obscured with orange paper.

Each panel measures 180 cm in height and 40 cm in width, weighing 11 kg, so the total weight is approximately 66 kg.

Local pickup is preferred.
Delivery is possible within the Hiroshima Prefecture surrounding area (additional delivery fee will apply).
