Vintage Metlox Poppytrail Teapot, Handpainted Amish Folk Art California Pottery

This piece features a beautifully hand-painted folk art design of an Amish-style woman carrying baskets beside a tree, set against a warm cream background with deep green handle and spout accents. Perfect for display, farmhouse decor, or as part of a vintage pottery collection. NOTE: While Metlox Poppytrail is made of durable earthenware, it is not stove-to-table ware. It is not intended for high heat. The Best Way to Use It: Boil your water in a standard kettle first, then pour the hot water into this teapot to steep. It’s perfect for keeping tea warm on the table, but the heavy lifting of boiling should happen on the stove in a proper kettle!
