When the oven is used at high temperatures for too long (over 25 minutes by feel), the safety device on the power plug may react and stop operation. Hitachi repaired it, but it seems to be an individual difference, and it still happens occasionally after the repair.
There have been no issues felt with the reheating function.
It has been 4 years since purchase and it can still be used, but I am selling it because I bought a new oven.
