This item comes from an old kimono shop.
This is a listing for an antique *emon-gake* (clothing rack) from the early Showa period.
The lower part features a three-dimensional depiction of cranes and other motifs, likely made with *raden* (mother-of-pearl inlay).
We believe this is a very luxurious and exquisite piece.
According to family members, it is black lacquer with *raden* inlay.
While this is our first time encountering this type of *raden*, we lack specialized knowledge, so we are offering it at a low price.

We believe it is in relatively good condition, but as it is an antique item, there are minor scuffs and scratches.
