Kosta Boda Kaleidoscope Art Glass Sculpture Monika Backström Signed

Designed by Monika Backström for Kosta Boda in 2004, this solid crystal sculpture is one of three designs created for the Kaleidoscope series. Bold ribbons of orange, red, yellow, black, and clear crystal converge into a dramatic optical burst at the base, creating a mesmerizing interplay of color, depth, and light from every angle. The substantial rectangular form showcases Backström's mastery of optical effects and Scandinavian glass design. Signed by the artist and etched with the Kosta Boda mark, it is a striking example of contemporary Swedish art glass. Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs observed. Light wear to the polished base consistent with careful display. Artist signed and etched with the Kosta Boda mark. The sculpture is offered without the original wooden display base, if originally included. At COMAC Collection, each piece is selected for its craftsmanship, design, and enduring character. Vintage objects naturally show signs of age and use, and any notable condition details are described and photographed as accurately as possible. All items come from a smoke-free home.
