Vintage porcelain saucer features the backstamp for UCAGCO China (United China and Glass Company), marked Made in Occupied Japan. Produced during the Allied occupation of Japan following World War II, roughly between 1945 and 1952. UCAGCO was a major US importer based in New Orleans that sourced ceramics and glassware from Japanese manufacturers during the mid-20th century.
