Striking natural black tourmaline (schorl) specimen in a white quartz-rich matrix, featuring multiple exposed tourmaline crystals throughout the piece.  The black tourmaline forms elongated, deeply striated prismatic crystals that contrast beautifully against the pale matrix. Several crystal faces have a naturally reflective, almost metallic-looking luster when they catch the light.
