Description
Ace Double Novel D-164 features two complete science fiction stories in one vintage paperback volume: Mankind on the Run by Gordon R. Dickson and The Crossroads of Time by Andre Norton. This 1956 first edition printing showcases classic mid-century pulp cover art and the unique tête-bêche (head-to-tail) binding typical of the Ace Double series. The book exhibits significant age-related wear including spine creasing, edge wear, and page yellowing, making it a characteristic specimen for collectors of golden age sci-fi paperbacks.
