Antique Cutlery Case, Console Table, Mini Chest

This is a console table-like, mini-chest-like stand purchased from an antique shop, likely used in a noble's mansion, complete with a silver cutlery case.
The exact age is unknown, but it was sourced from the UK and is likely made of oak.
As shown in the photos, the top surface opens up.
There are two drawers.
Both still have their original blue lining.
It has been kept as is since purchase, so the internal dividers may be detached, and minor dirt and debris are also present.
The decoration on the top is missing.
I imagine it might have had a crest on it.
How about using it as a display stand for accessories or as store fixtures?
I used it normally with a copier placed on the top surface.
The legs are also cute with their twisted design.

Dimensions: Top surface width approx. 48 cm, depth 32 cm, height 80 cm.

As this is antique furniture kept in a private home, there are scuffs and scratches from its age.
