This piece showcases a unique dual-wall basket within a basket double-weave construction, historically crafted by indigenous communities such as the Tiruray (Teduray) or Ifugao people.  Key Features & Design: Sliding Floating Lid: Features integrated side loops that smoothly slide up and down along the thick, hand-braided shoulder strap for secure closure and easy access. Intricate Twill Patterns: Beautifully detailed geometric zig-zag/chevron patterns achieved using a contrast of natural tan and naturally dyed/smoked dark brown plant fibers.
