Vintage Pier 1 Heart Tree Pillow Beaded Embroidered Red Velvet Accent Pillow

vintage Pier 1 accent pillow features an enchanting embroidered Tree of Love, its sweeping chocolate-brown branches covered in dozens of dimensional hearts in ruby red, blush and soft pink. Look closer and the details become even better: plush velvet heart appliqués, intricate threadwork, tiny seed beads and metallic-toned bugle beads create layer upon layer of texture and sparkle. The creamy woven background keeps the design sophisticated rather than overly sweet, while rich red velvet piping and a full red velvet reverse give the pillow a wonderfully lush finish. And tucked discreetly near the zipper is the original Pier 1 metal logo charm—a terrific little detail confirming its Pier 1 provenance. It is romantic without being limited to Valentine’s Day and would be gorgeous in a bedroom, reading chair, cottage interior or collected eclectic space.
