Electronic Drum Sensor Cone DIY Replacement Part for KD-120, KD-140 Only

Compatible with Roland V-Drums (kick pads KD-120, KD-140).
This is a replacement part for the conical sponge located on top of the electronic drum sensor.
*Please ensure you purchase the correct item, as it will not work with models other than the ones listed above due to differences in the distance between the sensor and the head.

●The sponge part of electronic drums inevitably deteriorates, making it difficult to transmit force to the sensor effectively. This can lead to issues such as no sound output or inability to produce nuanced expressions. While repairs are available, they can be quite expensive, which may be a concern for many users.
We created this product with the idea that if only the sponge needs replacing, it could be a DIY project. I am personally using it without any issues.

●The size is approximately 35mm in diameter at the base and 31mm in height, made of polyurethane foam. The bottom surface has a groove processed with lead wire to prevent the sponge from floating.

●To install, carefully remove the existing sponge, clean the sensor area of any adhesive residue or dust (this is an important step, as failure to clean properly will affect sensitivity), and then attach the new sponge. Adjust the sensitivity on the sound module as needed, and the installation is complete.
